L’Escarbille Restaurant

L’Escarbille is a typical and French restaurant serving the traditional recipes of the Southern and South-West Cuisine : duck breast, confit, foie gras and its famous Cassoulet.

20 minutes far from Toulouse by car, L’Escarbille welcomes you in a really pleasant, peaceful and rustic area either inside its spacious restaurant halls or on its shady terrace surrounded by woods and fields.

Open since 1968, the regional and emblematic restaurant of the south of Toulouse, has received in 2012 the “Maitre Restaurateur” title, the only certification issued by the French State, guaranteeing the quality and freshness of all products, with every dish prepared on the premises.

« Kids-Friendly » restaurant, L’Escarbille provides to all parents any equipments needed for their children such as highchairs for babies, changing table, micro-waves,.. and proposes two kid’s menu choices adapted to their ages.

The restaurant is open every midday and evenings, even on bank holidays. Our staff speaks English and will be pleased to welcome you in your language.
